When will my order ship?

How much is shipping?
We offer free U.S. domestic shipping for orders over $50. For orders under $50, the shipping fee depends on your selected shipping method and address. Please check the shipping cost on the checkout page.
Do you ship express?
Yes, we do. USPS Priority Mail Express is available.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we ship to Canada (except Quebec), Australia, and New Zealand. We are working on expanding to more countries, so please contact us if you'd like us to prioritize your country. We'll do our best to accommodate your request!
Cancel/Exchange/Return
Can I cancel my order?
Kindly note that as we work hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.
If your order has not yet been started processing, it can be fully refunded. Please contact us with your order number and we can take care of it for you!
Your order cannot be refunded if it has already been started processing.
